Install Voice Manager for Audio Recording, Playback, Trimming and Sharing app on your Windows in 4 steps below:
- Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .
- Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.
- Using Voice Manager on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:
- Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Voice Manager"

Don't waste your money

I bought this app to record a threatening conversation. After 40 seconds of recording it stopped and went to a ad. I hit record again and another recording started. I assumed it had saved my first 40 seconds and went on to record 17 minutes of yelling only to find out I had only saved the last recording. I tried this again with a 25 minute recording but because the title was the same and it made me change it. Now I have a 3 second recording and a 4 minute recording. I tried to listen and was told I would have to upgrade. I spent my 0.99 only to find out I still can't hear shhhh. Thanks for nothing

Good as it gets!

I'm loving it! I for over 30 years have been involved with recording studios and I would have been very happy to have this technology in my hands! It by no means replaces a sound studio but I can make my the app and inflections very clear! When I need to make my notes later in the day, it make it much easier and then my time, as I see it, was not wasted! Great product!
