Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Voice Timer Pro"
The search will reveal the Voice Timer Pro app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once Voice Timer Pro is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Voice Timer Pro.

Works OK, but voice is annoying!

The the app on this is very annoying! It would be much better to use the built in iPhone voices. Since the spoken time is the main feature of this app, it's pretty important! Also, I would like to see an option for account up and speaking every second during the last five or 10 seconds.
