Install Diana - moon phase widget app on your Windows in 4 steps below:
- Download an Android emulator for PC:

- Install the emulator:

- To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.
- To use Diana,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "Diana" » then Click "Install".
- Diana - moon phase widget will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

Can’t See Times

Same as other comment, looks good except can’t see all of the times.

Not great with El Capitan

…but otherwise a nice moon phase widget, including a wide array of info. On El Capitan, the widget does not refresh.
