Need the ability to be able to run the app even with the screen off and run in the background. Have to keep the app open always or doesn’t work otherwise.

The 1 star reviews are correct. I chose the 7 day trial. This app doesn’t work in the background. You would have to keep your phone on with the app running. I might even deal with that if it worked, but it doesn’t. I was standing right in front of a spider and then later a moth with the app running. Neither of them moved at all. They say you can cancel before being charged by going to settings. It’s not listed in settings. I checked subscriptions and it’s not there. No way to cancel before getting a charge.

I had some doubts I have the biggest fear of spiders and I didn’t think It would work so I tried it and the spider no joke 6 seconds flat later it started moving away a freaking huge thanks to whoever made the app I love you you saved me a bunch like another panic attack love you die 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻😀
Please don’t waste your money. This is not free.

I tried this app because I have a giant pecan tree in my yard and this bought squirrels into my attic. Not only does it not work, I think it’s some sort of mating call. Downloaded it as a free app and hasn’t tried it in a while. Got desperate and low and behold the update tries to force you to get a paid version of something that does nothing. Can’t understand these five star ratings. Reporting since it should say free trial not free.
