Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Top Wheel"
The search will reveal the Top Wheel app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once Top Wheel is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Top Wheel.

- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "Top Wheel" » then Click "Install".
- Top Wheel will now be available on your Windows start-menu.
