Install Citizen Digital app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Citizen Digital"
The search will reveal the Citizen Digital app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once Citizen Digital is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Citizen Digital.

The app is good but can only be used to read news. The live feed works but without audio. The videos included need a logon and still do not work. Good attempt more work needed.
