Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Numberie Keyboard"
The search will reveal the Numberie Keyboard app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once Numberie Keyboard is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Numberie Keyboard.
Now enjoy Numberie Keyboard on PC.

This is a very intrusive app. It is able to monitor everything you type including credit card numbers. I wouldn't have purchased it if I knew that was the case. Hopefully they will refund my money.
