1. Join weekly Global Meditation events where we gather as many as we can and where our focus is to bring good energy to the world.

2. If you usually meditate for the same period of time, e.g. 20 min, you can save the timer position in the settings in your Sacred Space.

3. In the Global Meditation App you can enter your own Sacred Space.

4. The Global Meditation app does NOT gather any personal data nor does it track your location.

5. So next time you enter your Sacred Space, the timer will be set to 20 min and all you need to do is to press the start button.

6. Disclaimer: The Global Meditation app will not teach you to meditate.
