Great idea best operations

However they are not the first to apply such an idea but they are the best to operate it until now. I know that most of your concerns now are the operations which is good. Try to enhance in the app and add more features like monthly subscription with lower prices as a package. Also try to integrate with debit cards as most of people have debit not credit cards which is a challenge i know. Try to make ETA in the boarding bus screen automatically updates according to the current traffic status. Best of luck guys.

Unbelievably booking fare increase!!

I have been using this app for a while now and it’s been 1 month since they added the package booking system which allows the user to get a relatively good offer comparing to the normal booking prices, problem is that, without any notice, they increased the package prices by 50% and even more for some users which doesn’t make sense at all and doesn’t meet with costumer compliance, I tried so many times to contact the company to get any clue of this to understand what’s going on and I got no replies. I am so mad of this and I don’t think what they did is respectful to their users and being side by side with so many angry and disappointed users, I won’t think of using this App again.

Really bad service!

Very bad experience ! The issue is not with the driver. The issue in the system itself! The driver app dosent give the driver the drop off for each passenger which leads to a lot of confusions and debates between the passengers and the driver. Plus, for example if i book from point A and another passenger from point B then C ...etc and we start the trip and suddenly new passenger from point A book the trip the application asks the driver to get back to the point A again to pick him up which lead to waste a lot of time for others! Also, the main driver for this route didnt come and you ( Busset company) replaced him with a new driver from another government area from outside Cairo who dosent know well Cairo st. And the GPS on your app always have a delay in giving him the correct direction which leads to waste time to know the correct rout and we ( passengers) were trying to help him to find his way !!! This was my 1st time to use the app i booked for round trip ( @ 8:00 AM and the return @ 5:00) but because of this bad experience i cancelled the return trip.

Thank You so much app for making it easy for me to transport from maadi to every place in Cairo and out but plz i have a request i work in Madinaty nd live in zahraa el maadi am suppose to be there at 7:38 AM and the only available buses for madinaty starts at 12:00 and also the leaving for the buses from madinaty too zahraa el maadi they are very early i leave there at 3:00 please consider my request thanks in advance.
