Service deteriorating

This is the second order to make within the same week & it never arrived, communication through the chat is very complicated & boring, you have to keep your phone online otherwise you start with a new agent once more plus you have to fill a chat request form again, it is really time wasting, if you can't afford to put a hotline to serve your clients don't make an application, it just shows you can't confront the people and reply promptly to their requests or complaints so you keep hiding behind the chat. Even when they call you from unannounced numbers the agents aren't well trained for call etiquette, calling people in their 1st name, acting casually, I didn't like the informal attitude.

Apparently you’re supposed to pay for food that doesn’t even arrive.

My order got cancelled by the restaurant almost immediately after I placed it. I tried ordering from another restaurant only to find out that my account has been blocked from ordering until I pay for my last order which was cancelled by the restaurant and never arrived. After a week of filing a complaint explaining the situation I finally got a reply. Their reply was that my account has been blocked due to my failing to pay for the previous order which was cancelled by the restaurant (information I already knew), and that as “a sign of goodwill” they have refunded the “money I owed” and warned me that this would be the only time they clear my account. Safe to say I won’t be using app again as apparently you have to pay for food that never arrives.

Worst food delivery app ever!!

I have been using a couple of food delivery apps and this one is definitely the worst.. There’s no straight forward way to contact customer service from the app itself the first thing the do is deducting the money from your account and then you get no support on your ongoing order.. they only give you a few options in the help menu and no real customer support no actual human being you can talk to solve your problem. There also should be like 5 min or something after placing the order that you can add something to your order or change the address or cancel it if anything went wrong but they actually don’t care about anything concerning the customer. Definitely never gonna use it again nor recommend it to anyone..

Worst of the worst

i have seen many bad food ordering applications but this is the worst. First of all the application is very complicated to deal with no hotline, even customer chat is very very very very very poor, you have to wait about an hour to have someone to deal with your problem and when you find someone finally they are very slow regarding responses , please App don’t get in a business that you are a complete failure. Second the order will take minimum 2 hours to arrive i placed 2 orders both was very late to deliver (over 2 hours) i had to cancel them Bottom line please everyone din’t try that app at all
