Connect cameras with CamHi
You're probably wondering why CamHi is important. Why do you think you should give this app a trial? Well asides the most obvious reason, you have the option of adding your cameras to the app. What this means is you can actually add the cameras you wish most to view and remove the less important ones.
There are three ways made available by CamHi app to add a camera to the app. The first option is to Scan the QR Code. It's quite simple. You can add a camera this way by scanning the network camera's QR code.
The second option is to search Camera from LAN. You just need to tap on the button available and the app automatically searches, finds and adds the network camera. Last but not least, the third option is plain wireless installation.
Another reason you'll probably love using the app is that it provides live, on the go viewing of the network cameras.
Setting up the app:
Steadily hold your device until the CamHi app can read the code on camera body. Let the QR code fit inside the box in the middle of your device's screen. Step 1: Download an Android emulator for PC and Mac
Ok. First things first. If you want to use the application on your computer, first visit the Mac store or Windows AppStore and search for either the Bluestacks app or the Nox App >> . Most of the tutorials on the web recommends the Bluestacks app and I might be tempted to recommend it too, because you are more likely to easily find solutions online if you have trouble using the Bluestacks application on your computer. You can download the Bluestacks Pc or Mac software Here >> .
Step 2: Install the emulator on your PC or Mac
Now that you have downloaded the emulator of your choice, go to the Downloads folder on your computer to locate the emulator or Bluestacks application.
Once you have found it, click it to install the application or exe on your PC or Mac computer.
Now click Next to accept the license agreement.
Follow the on screen directives in order to install the application properly.
If you do the above correctly, the Emulator app will be successfully installed.
Step 3: for PC - Windows 7/8 / 8.1 / 10 / 11
Now, open the Emulator application you have installed and look for its search bar. Once you found it, type CamHi in the search bar and press Search. Click on CamHiapplication icon. A window of CamHi on the Play Store or the app store will open and it will display the Store in your emulator application. Now, press the Install button and like on an iPhone or Android device, your application will start downloading. Now we are all done.
You will see an icon called "All Apps".
Click on it and it will take you to a page containing all your installed applications.
You should see the icon. Click on it and start using the application.

The first one I bought did not work, or at least I couldn’t get it to work. Then I bought another one and I did get it to work after I learned the idiosyncrasies of the set up. It was quite awkward to have to unscrew the screws and open up the camera in order to insert the SD card. But it does record video when motion is detected. There was a time when it was on constantly recording, but then I just turned off the recording schedule and the alarm recording (motion) still functioned.
It works well over Wi-Fi, but I have not yet gotten it to work over the Internet when my phone is not connected to Wi-Fi. Rather the camera works but I cannot view it remotely when I’m away from the house.
The aspect ratio on my iPhone is stretched horizontally and I haven’t figured out how to correct the aspect ratio on my iPhone.
It’s good - needs a few things!!

I’m sure there are some folks out there who only run one or two cameras so for them, this app is perfect! I’ve got mine dialed into 8 different cameras and I don’t like having to switch between each one to see what’s going on when an alert comes across the phone for motion detection.
I’d LOVE to see this app get the ability to split the cameras into 4 screens on a smaller screen. If that happens this app would be perfect. It’s a little buggy from time to time with the network connection stuff still but overall it does what it needs to do.

I purchased outdoor cameras but have enormous difficulties to get the proper support from this Company for setting up the cameras
The guy I am in touch with is the sales manager John who is not helpful in resolving issues and now does not reply to my emails
I have installed a 32 GB micro SD card for trials however the app had no provisions to stop function shows plan recording and on app I have clicked on the alarm recording which just keeps recording twice
The app has no provision to carry out snap shot on alarm notification and does not provide photos on the cameras to see movements and then delete if not necessary
All other WiFi applications have these functions to record photo shots on the camera and then delete direct if not required
I requested this company many many times by email to update the app and add these functions for easy access on WiFi rather then start tedious PC program which most of the time does not work
I am most unhappy with the working of these cameras although I was led to believe by the sales man that the product was good but now feel not up-to my expectations

I appreciate that it’s wireless and that I can see my home when I’m out. I also like that it can send pictures through email and I can change the settings to my liking as needed. I especially love how I can move the camera and the notifications are nice, even if they’re spammy, better safe than sorry. Has great optics overall and I love that I can speak into it and get audio feedback. Recording is great too. Honestly can’t complain for the price and value.
