    These are great for uplifting the spirits. I enjoyed the meditation and visualization and have already listened to them again. Danielle is an excellent teacher, explaining how the poses benefit the mind and body. You'll be happy to have these as part of your yoga repetoire!

    It's a "free" app that only allows 30 sec previews of the exercises. You have to then purchase each video individually. Deleted immediately.
