Mistake purchase I can’t take back

I can’t take back this purchase I made by accident here and it doesn’t tell me how to. I guess it’s some type of subscription and it billed me again after I didn’t do anything about the first!!! This makes me incredibly sad and annoyed. Someone please help me or I will contact Apple.
