Cool but has to be way better

What's the point of having a save and load button when I'm just going to have to start over every time I reopen the app?! I spent all day on a puzzle and got pretty far. I "save" and exit out. Come back and hit load and it doesn't work! And it crashes and freezes SO much.

The game is actually fun, however they try to get you to give them a good rating by making a window pop up periodically saying you have to rate them a 4 or 5 on Facebook to keep playing the game. Seriously??? Let the game stand on its own and don't try to manipulate to get good ratings.
Save doesn’t function.

I’ve started at least a half a dozen games, everyone ending in a program crash, losing all progress. I could put up with the crashes if it resumed at the place where I left off, but it always starts a new game. Sigh.
