What is Sound Explorer?

Sound Explorer is a program designed to improve the sound perception of hearing impaired people who have hearing aids and/or cochlear implants. I get no the app with this app. Other apps' sounds work fine, it's only with the apps from Angel the app that I get no the app on my iPad. I-angel the app had the app the first time I tried it, and nothing since. Odd. Even the diginoise one had no the app on my iPad so I deleted it.
