Contacts Cleaner . for Pc

I have repeatedly tried to contact the developer to cancel my automatic renewal payment which they set you up on this app for the unlocked full version. No response whatsoever. I note in their Terms of Use paragraph 14 that they have a procedure to terminate your account but they do not include the email you’re supposed to send to to terminate (I have a screenshot with date stamp). I would consider that borderline fraudulent if you cannot cancel your account. I understand if you paid for the year and agreed to do so but I do not want to keep being billed yearly for an app I don’t want and desire confirmation that my account has been removed. In a follow up email I asked for an explanation of what I needed to do to terminate the account and make sure that the auto billing does not continue on with no response from the app developer. If the developer wishes to contact me to resolve this issue that will be fantastic otherwise I’m putting a block on this app so that it doesn’t bill me continually year-over-year. The other thing that you consumers need to watch is their agreement and your the app and your information. After I read their terms I was not very comfortable with allowing them to handle and be in control of my personal and business the app. This was my main concern for removing the app in the first place. How do we know what this app developer is doing with all of the contact information that’s being uploaded to them?

What is the app, so far for me, has been great… Even the free version. I had over 2,500 the app and am down to 700 or so now. I’ve had an iPhone since the iPhone 3! With all the iOS updates over the years there are things that we came out and all those years of getting new email addresses, apps, and building my social media footprint, this somehow caused many duplicate the app...some of them having as many as TWENTY TWO (YES...22) duplicates for ONE ☝🏼 (yes...1) contact! I don’t know why I had some with no duplicates, and others with so many! That is a question that will probably never be answered and frankly, I don’t care! Anyway, I’m happy w/ what the free version did for me. Hopefully you will have the same or better results! Good luck y'all!

So in general it sends to do an ok job with most contact merging, but two bugs that I see. The first is that it doesn't seem to merge notes, but instead basically appends duplicate notes together which makes for one long note with everything in your note repeated again and again... The second far bigger problem is that when I merge a contact with my name (where I keep notes about me) it -says- that it's merging but when it's complete I don't exist anymore. My contact is completely deleted instead of being merged. Thankfully it keeps a backup so I've been able to recover it, but as it stands I don't trust it anymore and have pretty much abandoned it.

This application does just what it says. Having three email accounts and the the app that were just in my phone over the years I had a lot to clean up. Cleaner doesn’t compromise your the app and you can easily see what changes they are asking to make. This has a my recommendation.
