Once Picture Borders is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Picture Borders.

What a ripoff!! Very few different borders...can't change colors, have to cycle through one at a time because you can not see them all at once. Do not waste your money
