It is POSSIBLE to change speaking SPEED..! To change the speed of speaking, you should go to iPhone/iPad’s Settings app, follow this step: General > Accessibility > Speak Selection > ON check then Voices > the app > Alter SPEAKING RATE a little to rabbit side. You should hear faster sound. Cheers!!
