I contacted the customer support yesterday because I had a question about a chip package I wanted to buy and to my surprise I received a response by the next time I looked at my email. This kind of shocked me because I was used to never hearing back from game makers. The person who responded was Stephanie and she was very sweet. She answered my question right away and even wished me a great day which made me very happy. Since Stephanie was so nice I decided to purchase that package I was looking at. I play this game a lot now that I know if somehting goes wrong I can just contact them and they will help me out. I wish all my apps had good support. Other than the support - the game is very fun to play. I play slots & bingo and even sometimes watch the the app shows they have. They are very entertaining - one of the ladies who plays is very nice to listen to and I have seen her win very big a couple of times. It’s funny because I have watched so many of her the app shows that I feel I know her very well but I'm sure she has 0 clue who I am. That’s ok though. She makes very good shows for me to watch and the people who make the game make very fun slots. The game is very generious with chips too. I got 100,000,000 chips as a sign up bonus and I love that because now I'm a fake millionaire. Even though it’s fake I still feel like it’s real when I’m playing through the night. ABSOLUTE MUST HAVE - I’ve played almost every single the app game available. I absolutely love slots and this has to be one of my favorites ever. Let me tell you exactly why this casino game has a special place in my heart and is on my iPhone AND iPads home screen. First off the graphics are so beautiful to look at while I’m spinning my slots. It has a lot of different the app rooms too. Many more than most games and I also like it a lot because when I’m traveling I don’t have to be connected to the internet to play. So those flights where I don’t have service, I can play the whole time. Now I do adore the slots and play them most of the time. But just like when I go to my local casino, sometimes I want to venture off and play other casino games. Really happy and pleasantly surprised to see this game has more than just slots. I lovvvvve their bingo game and their video poker. I play this game atleast a few times every day and always before bed because it’s relaxing and I feel like I win a lot. I’ve nw written 4 emails to the developer. I downloaded this game a few days ago. I bought one of the starter packs that was a good deal and started spinning. About 10 minutes in I get free spins. Win 1.4 billion coins...check my balance and it doesn’t move..hmm weird. I log out and log back in, nothing. So I think we’ll maybe I was mistaken. So a few minutes later free spins again. This time I check my balance before starting. Once again 800+ million is not awarded at the end of the spins. So I send email #1. But I still have about 4.5 billion from my purchased coins so I figure I’ll explore the app a bit while I’m waiting for the issue to be resolved. I then notice a Facebook log in option, since I play many casino style games I figure I’ll log in and see if any friends play to send/receive gifts. Well as soon as I log in I’m wiped down to level 1 and lose the remaining 4.5 billion balance! So within 20 minutes of having the app I lost around 7 billion newly purchased credits. Cue email number 2 to explain my new problem upon logging in. Well it’s been about a week now, I’ve sent 2 additional emails and have yet to be contacted my anyone whatsoever. Don’t bother with this app unless you enjoy spending REAL money on fake credits that mysteriously disappear.

I just want you to know I think this is the best the app game I have ever played. thank you to whoever made the pixe the app machine. it is so cute. reminds me of a couple of slots I used to play at our indian casino here in ohio. its so cold outside that its hard to o to the casino so being able to play the app machines from my phone is so so important. I just cant handle the cold like I used to so i really think this might be the best invention because now we can stay all cozy in our home.
