If you want to install and use the FOX Sports GO: Watch Live app on your PC or Mac, you will need to download and install a Desktop App emulator for your computer. We have worked diligently to help you understand how to use FOX Sports GO: Watch Live for your computer in 4 simple steps below:

Step 1: Download an Android emulator for PC and Mac

Ok. First things first. If you want to use the application on your computer, first visit the Mac store or Windows AppStore and search for either the Bluestacks app or the Nox App . Most of the tutorials on the web recommends the Bluestacks app and I might be tempted to recommend it too, because you are more likely to easily find solutions online if you have trouble using the Bluestacks application on your computer. You can download the Bluestacks Pc or Mac software here

Step 2: Install the emulator on your PC or Mac

Now that you have downloaded the emulator of your choice, go to the Downloads folder on your computer to locate the emulator or Bluestacks application.
Once you have found it, click it to install the application or exe on your PC or Mac computer.
Now click Next to accept the license agreement.
Follow the on screen directives in order to install the application properly.
If you do the above correctly, the Emulator app will be successfully installed.

Step 3: FOX Sports GO: Watch Live for PC - Windows 7/8 / 8.1 / 10

Now, open the Emulator application you have installed and look for its search bar. Once you found it, type FOX Sports GO: Watch Live in the search bar and press Search. Click on FOX Sports GO: Watch Live application icon. A window of FOX Sports GO: Watch Live on the Play Store or the app store will open and it will display the Store in your emulator application. Now, press the Install button and like on an iPhone or Android device, your application will start downloading. Now we are all done.
You will see an icon called "All Apps".
Click on it and it will take you to a page containing all your installed applications.
You should see the FOX Sports GO: Watch Live icon. Click on it and start using the application.

Step 4: FOX Sports GO: Watch Live for Mac OS

Hi. Mac user!

  • Can’t even tell what type of sport you’re watching

    By WorldCup18274
By far the worst of the sports viewing apps. It’s great if it is working, but that is usually around only 25% of the time. The other 75% is a mixture of black screens, frozen screens, and video quality that is so pixilated you can’t even tell what type of sport you’re even watching, let alone what is happening. The app will seemingly randomly drop resolution from normal to unwatchable when there is absolutely no change in connectivity and even regularly when your connection increases (i.e. from 3 bars to 5). It’s almost as if they put in the rewind function because they know that you’ll never be watching a game live if you actually want to see it. Don’t be fooled by the relatively high rating (3.1 stars as of this writing) the only positive reviews are about the quality of the content of the app (the amount of games and sports available to watch on FS go) and not the quality of the app itself, which is horrendous. Maybe they just don’t care because they know they have exclusive TV rights to most of their content so you physically can’t go elsewhere to watch games, because this app is atrocious. Sometimes my iPhone will even lock in the app as it freezes for so long and doesn’t make any attempt to unfreeze itself lest you exit out and start the video again. Please make changes soon as I pay for the ability to watch the World Cup but can usually only get about 20-30 minutes of a 90+ minute match.
  • Where did it go????

    By Mr Bill 56
In the last two to three weeks the FOX SPORTS GO app has left the building. I watch baseball on an iPhone. About every 15 minutes the control screen pops up(start over, resume live, go back/forward 10 sec, pause/start button, volume setting). At the same time the screen darkens so the game activity can barely be seen. If I touch the screen then it freezes the action, but the audio continues or it stops too. Tapping the pause/play button in the center of the screen does nothing to resume the action. Close it out and wait for it to warm up again, then wait for the game I was watching to fully open, taking 2-5 minutes. Doing all this I miss the game action while I am trying to get back to the game. Then other times the video gets so blurred that I can barely make out the human figures. That goes on for different amounts of time. I have sent about a half dozen emails to iPhone support with as much detail I can think of that might help them ID the problem. THE ONLY RESPONSE IN A WEEK HAVE BEEN THEM ASKING ME FOR 2 PIECES OF INFO. IHAVE ASKED FOR SOME KIND OF RESPONSE. NOTHING. THIS IS THE ONLY SPORTS APP THAT I HAVE SO MUCH TROUBLE TRYING GO WATCH A SPORTS EVENT. Like I told them I have another FOX app that I have no problems with.
  • Lovely, but needs work

I love the look of this app so much. I love the way you can mark rivals and rank your favorite teams according to how much you like them, I love the home “scores” page where it keeps your favorites and their current scores or upcoming games and some news stories. What this app needs though is some help around the fringes. It needs more leagues added in soccer and some other things for it to be more well rounded (it’s missing USL and some other world soccer leagues like A-League, US Open Soccer Cup etc). It also desperately needs team pages, where you can click on any team’s logo or name and it links you to that teams home page with relevant general info about that team. Every sports app I’ve used has that except this one. When it adds those few functionality things it will be a perfect sports app. Until then I will just use it in tandem with the ESPN app and MLS app. I like the base interface and favorite system so much.

Thank you for being there for us sports fans who want just sports unlike ESPN who wants to inject politics as I’m one of those who has deleted everything and I refuse to support them in any way. I really wasn’t spending much time on your app but what a mistake and same with radio and TV I have grown to love your work, your mindset and the men and women you have working for your company. Again, thank you for sports and if I g those of us a break from all the real stuff in life and just sports and some fun to get away from life’s real things. No deal with dying human beings everyday and so when I say what I say it’s as real as anything, I work with ALS human beings daily and for all of you who do not appreciate or understand how lucky we all are with our health and the gift of life, trust me it is hardcore and at times I have no words for how blessed we all are. Thank you Fox for everything

  • Wish B1G would cut ties

    By cal_matthews
I only watch the app because of necessity. The audio control is ridiculously annoxious and makes the viewer pay constant attention with the remote in hand. You must crank up the game audio only to adjust the volume all the way down for the commercial. Just a terrible viewing experience.

Listen to the other reviews, this app is total garbage. 1) needs your location data for no reason. In a world where companies try to get all the data they can from you and sell it, this is unacceptable. 2) their streaming is ~3 minutes behind my radio stream. Just use a radio streaming app and listen from there. Don’t trust this app with your personal information. And good luck if you do.
  • Stopped streaming a live game

    By woopiggie
The app stopped streaming a live Sunday NFL game to cover a trivial MLB game. I was having people over to watch the game and all of a sudden the app stopped covering it and switched to the baseball game.

  • Sound is TERRIBLE!

    By Casey G.
I have to turn up the sound when the game is on, but have to basically mute the TV when any commercial comes on. This is by far the most annoying app to watch games. I’ve had to keep my remote in my hand and adjust the volume every 30-90 seconds. Get it together Fox!
  • Good Features

    By 小李2
I’ve had no problems with quality watching games and the best part is being able to join a live game but watch from the start which is not something the WatchESPN app allows. For someone who doesn’t get to sit down and watch a game in one block I’m looking forward to my team playing more games on FOX.
