Download and install the WDRB Weather app on your Windows 10,8,7 or Mac in 4 simple steps below:
- Download an Android emulator for PC and Mac:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks Pc or Mac software Here >> .
- Install the emulator on your PC or Mac:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.
- Using WDRB Weather on PC [Windows 7/ 8/8.1/ 10/ 11]:
- Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "WDRB Weather"
- The search will reveal the WDRB Weather app icon. Open, then click "Install".
- Once WDRB Weather is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including WDRB Weather.
- Now enjoy WDRB Weather on PC.
- Using WDRB Weather on Mac OS:

- Click on "Get" to begin installation. It also automatically installs Windows Subsystem for Android.
- After installation, Goto Windows Start Menu or Apps list » Open the Amazon Appstore » Login (with Amazon account)
- For non-U.S users, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto Playstore on PC » click Configure_Download. This will auto-download Google Play Store on your Windows 11.
- Installing WDRB Weather:
- Login to your computer's PlayStore or Amazon AppStore.
- Search for "WDRB Weather" » Click "Install" to install WDRB Weather
- WDRB Weather will now be available on your windows start-menu.

My new go-to weather app!

For years I’ve used the old Storm app, by Weather Underground. Now that it has been discontinued, I have been searching for a new weather app. After downloading numerous chart-toppers, including the new Storm app, and being let down, I thought I’d give this a try and I’m so glad I did. If you’re looking for a replacement for the old Storm app I suggest trying this, especially if you live in the Louisville, KY area.

Good Replacement for WU & the WU Version of Storm

I’ve been on a desperate search for a replacement for my dearly departed WeatherUnderground version of Storm. I kept the WeatherUnderground app primarily for the Scientific Discussion section since they offloaded several important radar layers to Storm. With this app, I get the full, pre-Storm radar experience of old WU and I get the blog, which satisfies me for the scientific discussion.

Invasive & Inappropriate Ads

This redesign was exceptional last month, but just this week, this app now pops up with ads that now completely take over the screen and ask for things like feedback on the border wall?!?! Seriously, they’re letting politics, unwelcome surveys and other app ads block the use of the weather app until you wait out the countdown! It’s infuriating for the user, so we’ll be deleting your app and switching over to another local station’s app.

Was a great app

This was a great app. Up to date and easy to use. They recently added annoying pop up ads when you change screens. There are plenty of ads on the app like it was, but these full page useless ads are very annoying and I will be getting my weather elsewhere from now on. Shame on you the app, you were better than this!!!
