Ads remain even when you pay

I paid and both the banner ads and full page ads are still there. After reaching out to customer support, they emailed me saying to fully close the app and reopen it and the ads will be gone - and to let them know if this did not work. I had already tried that a dozen times already and has even turned my phone off and back on 3 separate times. Just for kicks I did closed and reopened it to see if they fixed it somehow. But I still have ads. So I advised them of this Friday morning before business hours and I'm now at Sunday night with no response and still ads everywhere. If they fix the issue I will update my review and rating. Too bad the ads aren't fine, it really does entertain my 5 month old. UPDATE: they are taking no responsibility. They claim they cannot replicate the issue and are telling me I need to go through the App Store for a refund. Just for kicks I tried purchasing It again and sure enough my phone said this app has already been purchased (so it wasn't a fluke on my part). And lo and behold I still have ads. Quite disappointed.

Every time I go to my Nana's job (child care network) the babies get to play it and the enjoy it and every time an ad comes on they would give it to me it is so cute
Too many ads, not baby friendly

Sound wouldn't work, is there sound? And there were so many pop-up ads that my baby couldn't even play it. Deleted within 2 minutes of downloading it. Waste of my time. Now I have a screaming baby because he thought he was going to play with my phone for once.

I think the app Baby Phone is a cute and engaging app. If used with an iPod/iPhone can simulate a phone call experience. When watching a baby use it; it was very amusing, the tapping of random numbers and the accidental tap of call had the children listening to a variety of nursery rhymes. There was a wide variety of music offered for children, all songs are appealing and are generally sons they would hear in their everyday environment as well. Overall, I think the app Baby Phone is an app that is very appropriate for babies and young children. It is very cute that you can dial numbers; have the phone ring and then a song play. Baby Phone will help children learn functional skills of 1:1 correspondence with the iPad/iPhone/iPod. I think children will get a great deal of enjoyment out of this app but it should be ad free!
