I have been a basic member for several years mainly accessing the app site during the app work week. the app few times I tried to view from home weren't successful, probably user error. This app once I got it loaded and selected my city had been very easy to use.
Subscriber Login Fail Corrected

I am a paid subscriber and am able to view subscriber content in a browser, but my login info was not granting me access to the app same articles on either iPhone or iPad. I contacted the app developer team for help and they were very responsive in resolving my problem. Thank you.
