1. • SMART LISTS – Create custom lists using filters that organize tasks by any data element in Todo Cloud.

2. Push everything into Todo Cloud with the power to search, organize and track tasks just the way you want.

3. Daily plan, track and finish your to-do task lists whether they be simple grocery shopping lists, daily habits tied to goals, single work tasks, or complex multi-person projects.

4. Then email yourself tasks that are dropped into your Todo Cloud inbox or you can log in to your settings to customize the default location for new tasks.

5. • RECURRING TASKS – Set a task to repeat when you need it with the recurrence based on due date or completion date.

6. • EMAIL TASK CREATION – Log in to the Todo Cloud web client, select settings and copy your custom email address.

7. Drop a pin on that location and Todo Cloud will alert you with the task details when you get there.

8. If you want a daily recurring reminder to send a thank you note to someone else every few days, choose the recurrence based on the completion date and you'll have the flexibility to send that note when it is convenient.

Download and install the Todo Cloud: To-Do List & Tasks app on your Windows 10,8,7 or Mac in 4 simple steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC and Mac:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks Pc or Mac software Here >> .

Install the emulator on your PC or Mac:

Download the Amazon-Appstore » (U.S only)
- Click on "Get" to begin installation. It also automatically installs Windows Subsystem for Android.
- After installation, Goto Windows Start Menu or Apps list » Open the Amazon Appstore » Login (with Amazon account)

For non-U.S users, Download the OpenPC software »

Many people including myself were using their product for years (the app 8.0). You could sync to third party apps like Toodledo — the interface and this capability was why I bought it. Then they created a cloud version - this app - and offered it, but the interface was not as good, and it required a monthly fee - so I’m guessing few switched (like myself). The product I PURCHASED worked as specified, and I liked it. NOW - they automatically updated everyone to this new version - which is a totally different product - in looks, interface, no syncing to third party, and requires a monthly fee. People started writing bad reviews on the app, so they shut down the app in the store so that you could no longer see the reviews and how angry people were. I had happened to purchase this cloud version way back to give it a try and didn’t like it, but I am able to post a review here since I did. Those that were forced into the upgrade have nowhere to voice there anger, unless they purchase this app separately. This is extortion, and no company should be able to get away with this. DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCTS. If you bought an appliance, say a refrigerator, and a year after using it the power turned off and the display said - this refrigerator will no longer function unless you pay us a monthly fee. This is exactly what they have done!

This is the review I wrote I can't remember when but it's still true. "Have been using for years. Started using it after trying out a number of other apps. It was the only one I could find at the time that supported a structured organization - lists, projects, tasks and checklists within tasks. The rest all seemed to focus on straight lists and didn't recognize that tasks stretch out over time - day you'd like to start it culminating with a day it must be completed (due). Apps in this area have evolved since I did my search (5 yrs ago???) but I don't think so. This is my goto app for managing my disparate "task groups"." This review is just as true now as it was then. I use this app to support planning for major vacations, recurring business trips, and general stuff at home or for church. I've set up templates for major vacations and recurring business trips that I can duplicate and edit as appropriate. What's not to love? I don't know of any other application that let's me plan and track my progress as well as this app does.

Over the years, I’ve tried many solutions for electronic task management. Keeping items in OneNote, more GTD oriented apps. And I keep coming back to the app. Sync works seamlessly. The lists are highly customizable but not overwhelming that you can’t just add a task simply. The integration with Siri is a big upgrade and the premium features of being able to email tasks right to your lists is also valuable. Getting the right version of the app rubbing can be confusing. For example, downloading the app for Mac from the App Store doesn’t give you the same version as the web site. Make sure you have the latest version running on all platforms for best experience!
Long Time User But Still Not Loving New Version

While the website works great, I mostly use the iOS version which is still very buggy. I have emailed them several times regarding the multiple reminders not working, they all go off at the due time which has made me late for many an appointment. I now have to set the due time as early to keep that from happening. It also still takes more steps to enter a task than in past versions. Not sure what their logic was and why they felt that needed to be changed. Regardless, I still haven’t found anything that fits my needs as well. I’m at the point where I just need simple the app tasks, checklists and projects with scheduling and reminders (that work). I’ll continue to use but am still researching for something not quite as buggy. I am hoping that won’t be necessary as I have used the app for at least 10 years! It feels like they tried to improve too much too fast and lost track of what most of their long time users needs were. Too bad.
