    At least on my copy, when the app transitions from the induction process to the actual suggestions there is a sudden JUMP IN VOLUME. It's so loud it took me right out of my relaxed state and ruined the entire experience. This is a stupid engineering detail. Surely someone could have simply checked the levels. Other versions from this developer don't seem to do this.

    This is my first time trying hypnosis. Fate must've guided me to this app. I was stuck in a depressing year-long rut of nearly zero exercise. I desperately wanted to get going again, but couldn't seem to find the time or the will. As soon as I started listening to this app in my sleep, it was like a light switch flicked on. It's been 23 days and I've intentionally exercised every day (as opposed to getting exercise doing something I'd be doing anyway). My husband and I started a long overdue home the app together too—9 days straight now and counting. I'm so grateful for this app!! It gave me just the push I needed to get going again. The app itself could be designed better, but in my opinion the program itself is awesome.

    Exceptional self hypnosis App. Extremely relaxing. Very powerful. The male voice pitch is perfect. This app gives the user lots of choices to customize to ones's needs. You can set the induction from short to long. You can choose different themes and loudness of the background effects such as ocean waves. MOST CRUCIAL--you can choose how to end the session!! If you are listening before bed and want to fall asleep you can choose SLEEP mode or if you listen in the morning and want to feel awake at the end, you can choose WAKE mode as well. NOTHING is worse than many of the self-hypnosis apps that ONLY end with an annoying upbeat "...now you will wake up feeling energized..." when you want to be falling asleep. Excellent all around for relaxation AND effective for exercise motivation too.

    I have several Erik Brown mp3 hypnosis downloads. Love the app more tho, because I can have just the suggestions repeated during my sleep, and customize my playback. Can't do that with the Mp3. I have found great results and an innate desire for healthier food choices and desire to get up and move after using it nightly for a month. Just one thing, after the induction, there is a sharp volume change that is very distracting. I ignore it now, but it should be fixed. Would love to see a healthy eating habits and portion control app, Mr. Brown!
