1. Camera Filters! is an easy to use UNIVERSAL app to capture photos in any setting of your choice, using the built-in live filters.

2. - Tap the camera preview, a scroll bar will appear at bottom with various filters.

3. Preview your photos in any of the cool filters and pick the right one to create an impressive photo.

4. NOTE : Camera Filters! cannot be used to edit existing photos.

5. - Camera preview will now have the selected filter applied.

6. Device dependent features include front camera switch to take interesting self shots.

7. - Tap the camera preview again to hide the filter bar.

8. - Scroll the list and choose any filter by tapping its icon.

9. Snap and post to Facebook quickly, impress your friends.

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Camera Filters!"
The search will reveal the Camera Filters! app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once Camera Filters! is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Camera Filters!.
Now enjoy Camera Filters! on PC.
