  • The best tool for UML and other diagrams - NOW BETTER!

    By Merooba (Pcmac user)

I've used it for several years and it's terrific. It works for UML diagrams and other types, including general-purpose diagrams for books and articles. I've paid more for other tools that didn't do nearly as much or do it nearly as well. October 12, 2017: I originally reviewed this app a while back, and everything I said before is still true. But now the app has something that I wish all apps had: The nag dialog asking me to review the app in the App Store now has a button saying STOP THIS MESSAGE. I have several apps that I like fine except that they constantly NAG me to review them in the App Store. Finally, an app developer realized that if you want good reviews, you shouldn't annoy the daylights out of your users. Well done, Tien Thinh Vu!
  • Good App - Needs 2 Important Features

By Love to Work (Pcmac user)

Okay, so it’s not Vizio! What is it? A Reaaly Great Application! And as all of the other reviewers have lauded - Easy To Use! HOWEVER, lining up data so it will print within the confines of the page and NOT split text boxes and symbols across page is a real challenge! I’m a writer and this app is great for flowcharting story lines. I print chart and pin to a wallboard to view the entire book. Once I finally have everything up on the wall, a challenge without pagination, I find that reading split text boxes is quite annoying and sometimes a challenge. Page margin grid lines and pagination would be really great tools to have for this! Otherwise, this is one of the better investments I’ve made recently!
  • A Total Game Changer For Me

    By Silverfox_73 (Pcmac user)

For many years now, I’ve been looking for a simple and comprehensive app to draw diagrams for my blog articles. this app is, by far, the best software program I’ve ever used for drawing practically any kind of diagram, chart, table, etc… The layout is extremely intuitive and ingeniously logical. Need an arrow? Click on the arrow button and draw your arrow. Need to type in some text? Click on the text button, click where you want your text, and type away. The various adjustments (i.e. font, width of lines, type of arrow, etc…) are all at the top of the diagram box, neatly placed across the screen. I’m an expert in Photostop…and this app blows Photoshop away in terms of ease of use and functionality. this app makes Photoshop look like a clunky mess. The app always functions without a hiccup. Never seen a beachball. I can’t recommend this app highly enough. Trust me, it’s worth TWICE its price.
  • A tool that does exactly what it's designed for and does it well.

    By Jon Austin (Pcmac user)

If you need some type of charting - flow charts, org charts, etc. - this application is an excellent choice. Very flat learning curve, lots of flexibility and features. Developers: I would welcome better text handling within an object. I would like, for example, to make one line larger and bolded - a name perhaps - and another line - a title perhaps - italicized and smaller. Right now I can only perform limited formatting of text at the object level.
