What Happened ?? Updated App now USELESS

I have used Swift for several years now and it has been one of my “Go-To” converters for certain files that had problems which baffeled other converter App’s. The latest App Update has now rendered this App TOTALLY USELESS. It doesn’t even OPEN every time (Sometimes Bombs on Opening) But it Absolutely BOMBS Every Single Time I drop ANY File into it. I can’t tell you Anything about it’s new features since I have not been able to use it Even Once. GUYS: ?? Whatever it was you did to “Improve” your product ???…… it DIDN’T WORK. AVOID THIS APP UNTIL THEY FIX THIS TERMINAL BUG
Would love to love but MKV crashes

I was able to convert MKVs in previous versions but since the 3.x switch I have not been able to load any MKV files. Dropping any MKV in results in the error "Following file(s) load failed!” I sent an email in a while back and so far it appears not to be fixed :( 2 stars for actually working in the past.
