Install Excélsior app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using Excélsior on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Excélsior"
The search will reveal the Excélsior app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once Excélsior is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Excélsior.
Now enjoy Excélsior on PC.

Needs a lot of work

App crashes quite often, several of the articles won't load at all, instead showing an error and asking to tap again, with the same result over and over. While in the middle of an article the app refreshes automatically and the page jumps automatically, so you have to scroll again to find the point where you were reading. Developer removed the home button so if you are several levels deep into a related link you have to click back several times in order to go back. I guess the most annoying thing is the crashes and the news that do not load correctly when tapped.

This is a great application that keeps me informed of what is happening in my country. Furthermore, it allows me to see different points of view from people outside the US.
