I love shopping at the app Warm Springs and Durango. However, living in Vegas I know how hard our water is. Therefore I buy distilled water for my household. For years I used the water dispensers machines outside your store. Even though it was a separate transaction with a vendor “ glacier water” who is not onsite. A machine that would consistently refuse my dollar bills and then not deliver my change accurately. I would also be standing in stifling heat or freezing my beans depending on the tome of year.
Imagine how happy I was when I found out Smiths has indoor water dispensers. I can fill up my bottles inside and pay for them with the rest of my groceries at checkout. No more hassles.
I went from shopping exclusively w the app to driving 5 miles out of my neighborhood to go to Smiths.
Now that Smiths has opened a store across the street from you... a store that also has a real selection of gourmet cheeses... I feel inclined to go there exclusively.
But I love your just4u coupons and your prices can’t be beat.
Please consider adding water dispensers inside your store and revamping your stock of cheeses. The selection is dismal. I guarantee you will have all my grocery money if you do.

It’s great but needs a few fixes.

Overall it’s fine.
But the issue is the search feature and free feature sometimes doesn’t work (usually it’s one or the other). If I am looking on the search bar for $X off of purchase or even in a particular department of xX points on certain items it won’t show up. It shows up in the recently bought items that I clicked on but the search option can’t find it. Please fix this to make it easier to find.
Also fix the free items. I have clicked on the free item(s) and a few would disappear within a few hours or a day before I could go into the store and get that item. All the items didn’t expire for another week or so, so don’t know why it was taken off. If they sent a message saying that they messed up or “sorry this item is currently unavailable at this location” then I might get it.
Fix the issue with Just For U discounts and the app savings with the bill. Few times I been slightly overcharged because the discounts didn’t get factored into it. And once it was $10 to $15 and was in a rush. Came back the next day and to contest it but couldn’t because the discounts and coupons disappear forever after they expire. So please fix this issue and keep the discounts for a few days past the expiration date.

My the app I love but I must say it’s getting to the point I am not going as much as I used to. Due to the daily theft that goes on !!!! They walk in full the cart up with whatever it may be. Alcohol/ Meat / laundry detergent..... this has happen right in front of me at least once a week I see it with my own eyes. This happens almost daily at this the app and there is nothing the staff can do other then call the cops. It gets old watching people walking and taking things that I cannot afford and would love to purchase. The staff at your the app are sick of it as well I really would enjoy going back to my the app but I cannot watch this anymore.

I shop at the app (2502) on Manchester, in Inglewood Ca.; the service is exceptionally excellent, every employee goes out of their way to create a great shopping experience! (Otto, Myron, Rene and Sam are very good examples)
As a Chef; I particularly like the variety and quality of their fresh produce section.
Just4U digital coupons have lowered my final tape total to the point where I shop at the app significantly more often than and other food chain.
The only thing I hate is the setup of the “Cereal Aisle” (but that’s at “EVERY” the app...Not Just this one)...!!!
It is nearly impossible to find the cereals I want without spending 20 minutes reading each box...I don’t know who thinks this is a good strategy, but it not, it’s just extremely aggravating!!!
Why can’t each “brand” be in its own section; why do they have to be so spread out (sweet cereals, then granola, then corn flakes)???
Until this situation is rectified; I refuse to purchase even one box of cereal; and I don’t care if they’re just a penny each...That setup is just ridiculous!!!
Other than that...the app is a wonderful place to shop
