Location accuracy is bad - UPDATE 2 to 5 stars

I live in Florida and really wanted this program to work. It is everything I wanted, except accurate. It is a full half-mile off from my IPhone compass location, which is extremely accurate. In Florida, a half-mile is the difference between getting drenched in a thunderous downpour and working on your tan. I have been drenched twice by relying on it. If they can fix that problem. I would give it a solid four stars. Update: After using this program for a couple years, all of my concerns about accuracy have been fixed. I doubt if you can find a better program for the essentials you need to plan around local weather changes. With family spread around the country, I can quickly zoom into their local weather as well.

The look and feel of this app is superb, in my opinion. It is clean and free of clutter, while making access to the core information instantaneous. As to accuracy...well, its a weather forecast, folks. Any meteorologist will admit there is art as well as science in the profession. Im not sure what the app uses as its data source(s), but I have found it at least as accurate as NWS, Accuweather, etc. The link to radar imagery allows the user to draw their own conclusions as to the adequacy of the forecast. the app fills a very specific niche, providing ultra short term predictions.
Hasn't been correct since downloaded

Example: checked the app on 1st tee, because clouds appeared in distance, showed no probability of rain (Dry). By 5th hole (hour later) pouring rain, lightning in distance, horn was sounded. Really, checked the app - Dry. Really? Coordinates shown in app are correct. What gives? the app has been this inaccurate since downloading. It can even warn of rain when it's actually raining. All positive reviews must be that it very accurate regarding the fact that is dry, when it actually is dry. As far as rain predicting - a joke. At least sits a humorous conversation piece while getting soaked (or maybe it was imagination that I was getting rained on) Would give zero stars if possible

Love this app. Well worth the $4.99 (btw, the first and only app I have paid for!), recommended by my friend the hunter. Whether it is walking the dog or entertaining the grandchildren, the ability to see if, when, how long, and where, we might experience rain is invaluable. Highly recommend to everyone, no matter your activity level - you don't have to be the outdoorsman to utilize this app.
