Awesome game but crashes immediately after I download it

I used to play this game on another device and it was really fun and addicting. I found out that it was free on the Apple Store, so I decided to install it. After it installed, I opened the app and it gave me a 4 second video of the Glu character and then it crashed... I've been deleting it and reinstalling it ever since to see if the game would actually work each time. I don't know if it's just my phone but I deleted some of my apps, deleted pictures and I even waited for my phone to update to see if the app would work on a "newer version" of the phone, but still, it crashed. It goes right to a video and then it crashes and goes right back to my home screen. It's such a shame because I was really looking forward to playing this game on my new phone when I got it last year. As childish as this game may seem, it's really fun and cute and I feel like all ages of people could genuinely enjoy this game. I've been trying to get this game to work for over a year and the same thing kept on happening. I just don't know why it won't work on my phone???

I would recommend this game to anyone who enjoys simulation games. A simple, but some strategy in building, and placement of citizen. I have this game on three different devices, so your game is unique on each one, as are the purchases of credits/gems. Has a decent collection of gems rate versus other games, so you don't have to purchase them if you don't want to, although you will be collecting for a few days once you get to your fourth elevator and up. Be warned, very addicting... And always something to do to keep you busy. Update: New version is very buggy, wizards don't work in some situations, and now, I am having problems even opening the game at all. Have uninstalled it, and reinstalled, and still no luck. No issues with other programs, so it's something with this one. Hoping they get it fixed, as it was on of my favorite games.
Crashing :'(

I downloaded this game probably a year ago and I really liked it. It was a really fun game, kinda similar to tiny tower, and I would play it all the time and even my friends were playing it and we were kinda competing. But then I got a new phone (btw I've always had an iPhone) and my app was deleted. And at the time I didn't feel like downloading it again. But it's been a year and I've gotten bored so I decided to try this app again. But I downloaded it and it it keeps showing me a video of the company name/icon (glu?) and it even has the bar as if you were watching the video off safari, it then takes you back to the home screen. I just though it was a little glitch and I clicked the app again but it keeps happening! I've tried to delete and download the game again but the video is still there and it just takes me back to the home screen every time! I've read some other reviews and quite a few people seem to have the same problem. I just hope that this game get fixed soon so I cannot die of boredom 😂😩.
Cute and simple

This game is brilliant in its simplicity. The design is very cute and I like the additional pets and the collections. It would be fun to have mermaids somehow. :) Some of the features are a tad glitchy.. Like I was never able to log in to my Open Feint account and for some reason whenever I lock my iPad with the game open (versus hitting the home button first) after a while the game comes back on, unlocking my iPad. I'll just be sitting there and I'll start to hear the game music again... The game is haunted. :P Also it would be nice to have a list of all the possible rooms, and when you have a product being made in the stores it would be nice to still be able to see how many other items you have in the store (so you can better decide where to send the wizard).
