Other ratings has identified the issue clearly. I don't know if you get a more fair gaming if you purchase chips or not but what is certain at this point if you are not buying, 85% to 95% of the times when I have folded, that hand would have won. More over is the frequency of winning hands for opponents with hole cards going all-in with the lowest percentage of wins like 9-2, or 2-5, etc. My worst lost was having A-A hole cards and the winning hand went all-in with 10-8. The community cards went 8 10 K 4 8. Another killer lost was having J-J and my opponent had Q-Q. Community cards were 9 J 4 2 Q. I went all in. The other casino games are equally unfair. In true Black Jack in dealer has no advantage over the other players except for ties. I lost 10 hands in a row with the dealer besting me with her hits. I get 18 she got 19, I get 20 amd she got 21 on three hits. if she gets a 9 or 10 open card, chances are extremely high she has a face card hole card. These instances are more frequent than not. I lost more a million in chips this way. I don't see any reason to throw money away with odds so heavily stacked against the player to encourage more purchasing.
What's with the mucking?

Please change the fact that the losing player mucks every time. Seeing what the other player has is a BIG part of the game, but it won't let you see the other person's cards when you should be able to. For instance, if somebody raises me on the river and I call and I win the pot the other person automatically mucks his hand. That player is supposed to show his cards first, and I'm trying to see how that player plays with certain cards and I can't without them showing it. Even when two players go heads up all in the loser mucks his cards! A fullscreen mode wouldn't hurt either.. Please, update this game to follow the correct mucking rules..

Game starts great. Leads you to believe that it is all fair play until…. the tables are turned. You can go for days without winning on percentages forcing you into a countinous roll to purchase chips. There are sets ups like.. you lose while active playing but on a fold, you get a full house or winning hand. Something to keep a eye on. Game eventually becomes not worth playing anymore & definitely not a “fair play guaranteed” as stated. Good luck !

This site is not a fair game site. every time you fold, your hand wins...if you don't fold, you'll lose....everytime. You can go through millions just waiting to win a hand. The algorithm is obvious and severly set against your hand. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY...There are plenty of other sites out there...this one is a HUGE RIP OFF.
