No Support Response

A user incorrectly reported that my neighborhood feeder street was closed 975 days ago resulting in the app not navigate to or from my house. I submitted over a dozen reports that the street I travel on everyday was not closed or blocked in any way. Each time it acknowledges receipt of my correction but after two weeks, and uninstall/reinstalls the road is still shown to be closed with construction ongoing. No one from Email, Twitter or the Facebook listed support options ever sent me a response to my request for help. The app connects beautifully to interface with my Pioneer head unit from my iPhone 7s, but I just found the Waze app to be compatible as well. Good riddance!
CarPlay & other updates

App needs a few tweaks such as: 1) Support for Apple CarPlay 2) fix google search (Error in server response. Please, try again) 3) Update to allow 'Background App Refresh'. 4) Update to go 'back or to the previous screen' when the user swipes the screen from left to right.
UPDATE... and they’re back

After iOS 11 and 12 the app seemed to abandon their updates and support for Pioneer decks/nav systems. Tried it today and it’s like it was before, working great. The system let me restore my purchases and maps so I’m good to go. Hey the app developers, don’t leave these sitting for so long without updates to the current iOS next time.

We purchased the HUD and Enhanced Voice add ons neither work as advertised. Tried to get support or a refund and no answer. Basic app is just that, very basic. I guess you could use it but with all the other good ones out there why would you waste your time? We originally purchased the huddy phone holder but when their app didn’t work at all they suggested this one. After purchasing the hud upgrade I find its no better. Don’t waste your time.
