    Have been sold on Andrew's apps for quite some time now; never thought this type of thing could actually work but I DEFINITELY stand corrected on that stance. Started off a bit impatient my first time listening to energize; beginning seemed a little repetitive at first. At about the chest relaxation point, though, I realized how key all the breathing and repeated instructions were in slowing me down and getting me to that effortless open state perfect for soaking up Andrew's positive suggestions. I came out feeling not only seriously energized but positive and on point. Awesome. The only thing I would really (really) appreciate now is a sequence focused on beating procrastination! Could prove to be life-changing for some of us...
