Best available free app, but could be even better

Of all the free travel apps available for the iPhone, Guidepal apps, though not perfect, are my favorite. I like most of the Guidepal apps. And I travel A LOT! While there tends to be pretty good information and ideas, they need to do more to regularly update the apps. Most of the time the prices and/or open hours listed are wrong. This is important information for people who are trying to use the app but do not have wifi at the destination to check current rates and times. Guidepal needs to be very diligent about updating the app with current information.

first of all, why should i register to use this app? obviously, i used the disposable email and finally the app started. Then, by clicking the option "nearby" i was surprised to see that the camera has been started. So, was it the option "nearby" or "augmented reality"? To finish this review - the information provided was so short and scanty that i decided to delete the app

Just came back from the app - this was a handy app. The map & stuff are offline so can be used without wifi/roaming charges. It has pretty basic stuff but more than you can use in 5 days.

No complaints about this app. Used it in Rome and now in the app and found it extremely useful. Whether its the map or fun facts everything about it is handy!
