If you want to install and use the Zynga Poker - Texas Holdem app on your PC or Mac, you will need to download and install a Desktop App emulator for your computer. We have worked diligently to help you understand how to use this app for your computer in 4 simple steps below:

Step 1: Download an Android emulator for PC and Mac

Ok. First things first. If you want to use the application on your computer, first visit the Mac store or Windows AppStore and search for either the Bluestacks app or the Nox App . Most of the tutorials on the web recommends the Bluestacks app and I might be tempted to recommend it too, because you are more likely to easily find solutions online if you have trouble using the Bluestacks application on your computer. You can download the Bluestacks Pc or Mac software here

Step 2: Install the emulator on your PC or Mac

Now that you have downloaded the emulator of your choice, go to the Downloads folder on your computer to locate the emulator or Bluestacks application.
Once you have found it, click it to install the application or exe on your PC or Mac computer.
Now click Next to accept the license agreement.
Follow the on screen directives in order to install the application properly.
If you do the above correctly, the Emulator app will be successfully installed.

Step 3: for PC - Windows 7/8 / 8.1 / 10

Now, open the Emulator application you have installed and look for its search bar. Once you found it, type Zynga Poker - Texas Holdem in the search bar and press Search. Click on Zynga Poker - Texas Holdem application icon. A window of Zynga Poker - Texas Holdem on the Play Store or the app store will open and it will display the Store in your emulator application. Now, press the Install button and like on an iPhone or Android device, your application will start downloading. Now we are all done.
You will see an icon called "All Apps".
Click on it and it will take you to a page containing all your installed applications.
You should see the icon. Click on it and start using the application.

Step 4: for Mac OS

Hi. Mac user!
The steps to use this app for Mac are exactly like the ones for Windows OS above. All you need to do is install the Nox Application Emulator or Bluestack on your Macintosh. The links are provided in step one

  • So unrealistic

Save yourself the frustration of using this app. I’ve been playing off and on and have done fairly well. Problem is there are so many bad beats and when I say so many I mean several times in a single tournament. I have a straight got beat with a flush. Some had 4 queens I beat them with 4 kings. I have AK same suit on the flop I pair both up and lose to someone who stayed in with a 2 clubs 4 spade beats me with a flush to the 2 of clubs. Game is just terrible. They need a more realistic algorithm rather than driving down your stack so you purchase chips. So I have been reading the threads about the bad beats and how the algorithm is luring you in. So here’s the what I found after playing it based on what I’ve read. In these rooms your not playing all actually people. The computer fronts as a real person and the algorithm is designed to detect your favorite cards. It deals you in so the computer can beat you. For example I hade trips with 7’s and the computer beat me with a straight. The computer stayed in with a 6 and 8 unsuited hit the straight on the flop. After I loss it said “buy more chips” then I went to lower the bet to test the theory again very next hand happened again. This time the flop and river had pair of 6’s pair is Aces computer won Q high. If you wanna play to pass the time then this is the game other than that. Never ever buy chips it the greatest scam going. Out of all the online poker games I’ve played this is the worse one.
  • Glitches and bad chat window

I played this back when it was first created and was extremely popular. I quit because of douche betters who go all in all the time. We get it. Douche betters don't know how to play and think luck will be on their side every single hand. 🙄 The thing I liked about the old version was the chat window was still on the screen while playing so you could interact if you wanted to. In the new version, the chat window gets in the way and you have no time to chat and play at the same time. Not that I like chatting, I prefer to keep to myself. But it is annoying that if I want to say something, I risk missing a hand. The main reason I give 2 stars is because the game is glitchy. I've been playing the three round games, but it never saves the info if you win the round. So it starts you at the round 1 again even if you should be in round 2. But sometimes it will randomly show that I'm in round two and I play. But if I win, it starts me at round 1 again. It should automatically start you in the next round if you wish to play again. The glitch is annoying. There should also be a faster way of getting rid of the players who join a table and never play. I get that maybe they lost connection or something, but they should be booted out sooner. It's a waste of time.
  • Great Poker App

It’s a great app if they could control the players that come into steal your money by going all in when you’re at a table just to play. I would’ve given it a 5 star rating if it weren’t for this problem. But, it can be very frustrating with the players who try to manipulate the game. When I first started playing, you could play with people from all over the world, and have a relaxing evening of playing poker. But, now when a new player sits down at your table, you have to be alert for clues that they intend to steal the blinds or as much of your chip stack as possible. They go All In, and if you don’t have a strong hand you have to fold to them and they keep doing it every hand, over and over. I hope this doesn’t sound completely negative. It is a great app! They created, in my opinion one of the best poker sites out there and I think I’ve tried them all. Don’t let a few bad seeds ruin it for you because every once in a while, you can sit down with other players that just want to play, have a fun game night and make new friends from all over the world.
  • Not truly random

Where to start, first off the game is always trying to reconnect itself and dropping your hand. I’ve even stood 5ft from my router and still the same thing. Second, it is not random, I was dealt the same hand four straight times and at one point matched every bet and lost 57 straight hands while the person with the biggest pot kept winning???? Zynga can program their algorithm to be random with exceptions and let us non-payers lose our pot to entice us to buy more chips. They claim it’s verified by third party but no computer algorithm is ever random just ask MIT: “You can program a machine to generate what can be called “random” numbers, but the machine is always at the mercy of its programming. “On a completely deterministic machine you can’t generate anything you could really call a random sequence of numbers,” says Ward, “because the machine is following the same algorithm to generate them. Typically, that means it starts with a common ‘seed’ number and then follows a pattern.” The results may be sufficiently complex to make the pattern difficult to identify, but because it is ruled by a carefully defined and consistently repeated algorithm, the numbers it produces are not truly random. “They are what we call ‘pseudo-random’ numbers,” Ward says.”
