Cute & simple

Look if you're expecting a lot of this app then yes you'll be disappointed. All this is a simple, snowman blue background with some snowflakes. The music is really cute and perfect for Xmas. It makes ur iPhone appear as a snow globe itself, that's why it doesnt have snowglobe shape on the screen. If you're fine with these features only then get it. Otherwise stop complaining how it provides so little, they say what it is in the info. I'm keeping it. I think it's perfect for Xmas time to run in the background while you're having dinner

OK for something Free, but...

It's obvious that this free app is just a front to get you to buy the "real" app which does a lot of other things. Disclaimer: I do not have the app that costs $, so I can't review whether that one is awesome or not. Basically, this app has a snowman just sitting there and snow falling. When you move your phone, it will change the direction that the snow falls. There is a music-only version of "Jingle Bells" playing in the background, which does not restart and stay in a loop, so you have to restart the entire app to play the song again. I use this to entertain my toddler, and it does work, but only for like 30 seconds. But hey, it's FREE, so how can I complain? And there is something very sweet and seasonal about it that is redeeming. -- But it wasn't enough to make me want the paid app, so I never "upgraded".

It fuels my obsession

So, I have a slight obsession. And it's not really out of the ordinary; I'm sure lots of other people have a smiliar obsession. But, let's just say that I've gone to great lengths to fuel this obsession. And, if you're reading this review, then you have no doubt figured out what that obsession is. The obsession is building automatic handheld device rotating machines.
If you are familiar with watches, you very well know that some watches are often times mounted in a case, due to the automatic winding gears of the watch, they need to be kept spinning at all times to maintain lubrication and proper fluidity of said gears.
This snow globe app kicks so much tail, I had to make a special rotating case for my iPhone, just so I can watch the relaxing snow. The way it drifts here, and there, puts me in to sweet, sweet slumber as if I were laying upon my mother's lap by the fireside.

Great Snow Application

This is a great snow globe and much with it and also is free!! Better than wasting a dollar that can go to something else because it is a basic but jolly app. Only wish you can choose between other Christmas songs to play. Other than that, it's good to download
