To the reviewer that said it's impossible to pick up spares, well you need to practice. Spares are not difficult. Keep practicing. This is a terrific, fun game. It was a fun game until I upgraded my iPhone to iOS 13.1! Now it loads improperly with an zoomed in view of a small portion of the game, making it impossible to play!
GET iBOWL INSTEAD.

If i would've paid more than 99 cent for this app I would probably be angry right now. Yes, I will admit it's a well made and nice looking game, but it's stupid! The gameplay is way too simple. You can't put any spin on the ball, there is absolutely no variation in the speed you roll it, even just tapping the screen it goes flying down the lane, the pins, rather than sliding across the lane and knocking down other pins, just fly into the air, making it impossible to pick up a 7/10. Generally it's so easy i can almost get a strike every time, but just noting, I played against the computer on the default setting (medium) and it got a strike 9 out of 11 frames. iBowl is free, and it has almost every feature that i just said this app doesn't have. PLUS it uses the accelerometer ( it's comparable to playing wii bowl ) for a much more realistic, fun experience! Unless this app's "BIG UPDATE" is totally amazing, I'm deleting it.

This has been a great app to play but after Apples most recent iOS update to 13.1.1 the darn app won’t start to a game to play a game. Apple has ruined the app to play this game along with glitches in Word Procesding!!!!!

I have been playing this game for years, and it was great. Now it is horrible. Whatever they did with the update destroyed the game. There is no consistency at all. Bring back the old game!!
