If you want to install and use the Yelp: Local Food & Services app on your PC or Mac, you will need to download and install a Desktop App emulator for your computer. We have worked diligently to help you understand how to use Yelp: Local Food & Services for your computer in 4 simple steps below:

Step 1: Download an Android emulator for PC and Mac

Ok. First things first. If you want to use the application on your computer, first visit the Mac store or Windows AppStore and search for either the Bluestacks app or the Nox App . Most of the tutorials on the web recommends the Bluestacks app and I might be tempted to recommend it too, because you are more likely to easily find solutions online if you have trouble using the Bluestacks application on your computer. You can download the Bluestacks Pc or Mac software here

Step 2: Install the emulator on your PC or Mac

Now that you have downloaded the emulator of your choice, go to the Downloads folder on your computer to locate the emulator or Bluestacks application.
Once you have found it, click it to install the application or exe on your PC or Mac computer.
Now click Next to accept the license agreement.
Follow the on screen directives in order to install the application properly.
If you do the above correctly, the Emulator app will be successfully installed.

Step 3: Yelp: Local Food & Services for PC - Windows 7/8 / 8.1 / 10

Now, open the Emulator application you have installed and look for its search bar. Once you found it, type Yelp: Local Food & Services in the search bar and press Search. Click on Yelp: Local Food & Services application icon. A window of Yelp: Local Food & Services on the Play Store or the app store will open and it will display the Store in your emulator application. Now, press the Install button and like on an iPhone or Android device, your application will start downloading. Now we are all done.
You will see an icon called "All Apps".
Click on it and it will take you to a page containing all your installed applications.
You should see the Yelp: Local Food & Services icon. Click on it and start using the application.

The Yelp app has been my go to for years....over 10+ years to be exact. The app has been useful for many things from finding great auto mechanics, medical specialists, home improvement of course, great food! I mean it’s useful for any and everything, including interacting with other Yelpers throughout the day. One of the coolest features is the “My Activity” feed where you can see your activity and checkins throughout the day; including your. Yelp friends. Recently, this feature has been removed from the app and made hidden as a link feature. I don’t understand why!!?? Please bring it back! It was one of the best features of the app and a great way to interact with other yelpers and friends. Also, it added a valuable social interaction and camaraderie component that otherwise just makes this app seem like simply “a google search engine” for food or boring “yellow pages” for finding local eats and businesses. Scrolling through someone’s feed at the bottom of their profile makes for a better and a more fluid user experience; as oppose to making it a menu option to find. PLEASE ADD the “My Activity”back to the bottom of a users profile! It makes it easier to find, navigate and scroll through on a user profile. It’s a key feature I am sure all yelpers would love to see added back to the app!

I think it’s actually pretty retarded that you have to have the “YELP APP” to see other people’s reviews or any further info about the company that you’re researching. One of the top reviews about YELP is a negative one, someone claiming that her review on businesses was removed and y’all told her is she put another review on the same business she will be banned. I find that her review on that to be true. As it has also happened to me on Facebook. These businesses are paying YELP, Facebook and etc. to have the negative reviews removed. So why waste the storage on your phone for an APP to barter with the companies to have their negative reviews removed. I thought this APP was to inform other consumers with their “bad” or “good” experiences with that business. not the companies paying YELP to have the 1 star reviews removed, so makes them look good. PEOPLE DON’T BOTHER WASTING YOUR SPACE ON YOUR PHONE FOR THIS APP! To YELP, if you’re gonna accept money from the businesses to have their review removed, then at least make it to where you don’t have to download the APP to actually see the reviews!! “What’s the point of downloading it if you’re just gonna leave up the 5 star ratings, especially when you know that business is really a 1 Star?!! 🤷🏼‍♀️😂 I’ve looked at other businesses on here and I know they ain’t no 4-5 star rating only!
  • The Ritz Carlson New Orleans Never again

    By Priscilla More
I stayed at the Ritz Carlton 8 years ago and if was fantastic. This time around..... The help meaning hotel employees thought they were high and mighty. The Lounge that you pay 200 at least more dollars for the upgrade has limited food, cheap wine, and very low staffed two servers. I asked for a mixed drink and they brought it. In 2 days did the manager Christine ask me if I need anything. I brought up the fact that they are very low staffed and she told me she has asked me and didn’t know who what I was talking about they always had always been at the Raton. Two concierges for 25-30 people or when there were less nobody present. When I told her how I felt for the second time she had a huge attitude, said I was heavily intoxicated the time before when I brought it up and that’s a excuse in the lounge I’m sure she uses before. Her exact words were if you think the ratios to loss than you should no stay here. She went on I hope I never see you again because of how I treated her. She had a attitude blame shifting playing the victim and acting like your luck to be there when they obviously do not know there place. I stayed 2 days and no beds maid no new towels. Just a TERRIBLE experience and for $1290 for a two night stay. NEVER will I stay there and I will let everyone know how trashy it has become.
  • Rip off company

Yelp needs to be removed from the internet. They are liars and cheats. We work hard to have our company profiled as a top rated company. But when we get 5 star rating with an excellent review...YELP pulls the review and puts ii in NOT RECOMMENDED REVIEW!! Who the hell are they to override a customers opinion. The customer takes time out to do this review and YELP has the audacity to remove it for no reason, except to hurt our business. If you don’t pay anything for YELP, then they penalize you by removing your best reviews. This way the payers that pay for yelps advertisement get the benefits such as no one star reviews and favoritism on keeping 5 star reviews. I will be removing my business from Yelp as I am on HOMEADVISOR, who treat us totally fair and they have a good customer service that is out to help us with any negative reviews that may occur. They will never pull a 5 star review. I would recommend HOMEADVISOR to all of Yelps customers and readers. I give YELP A negative 5 star review. There needs to be another ad company in the same category as Yelp, so we can join up with them and put YELP out of business. I can’t stand this company anymore. We will be out of this company very soon and pleased to do so because of their rip off policies and unfair treatment to us and everyone else. BOYCOTT YELP!!!

  • Don’t Do It

If I could give this property rental place a negative I would! We came from out of town to one of their smelled horrible! They tried to paint over the smell but unless you paint everything it won’t work, it took months to get that smell out! The countertops where all burned . There was trash on the back patio. They charge for service calls so of course the things that needed fixing couldn’t get fixed, ie the disposal, broken fence slats ( I fixed those myself) should have charged them for that. They changed us $140.00 to replace a light switch( we have no idea what that’s about) and touch up paint( please, the whole place needed to painted before we moved in) but wasn’t, they had to find something. I think that’s how they make more money off their residents:( In conclusion make sure you record the property before moving in and when you move out, that’s anywhere you rent. Some property management companies are dishonest!

We had a bad experience at Fox & the Hound in Lone Tree. The wings were tough & the fried pickles were so bad. They were all coating & no pickle. Won’t try those again.

  • Horrible!

    By Unsatisfied Kinzi
It was horrible, horrible, horrible! I got the most expensive thing on the menu, the boiled seafood house platter. First, I was brought the wrong order then I received it over-cooked. The lobster was ashy and yellow orange. The shrimp was mushy. The whole platter itself was between warm and cold. The manager told me it wasn't over cooked and I had to explain myself three times. Not only do I eat seafood weekly but I also just completed the Serv Safe Food Manager course and exam. I noticed several wrong things. Temperature definitely was a factor and the raw oysters were not clean at all. My first and last time! When I'm paying that much money I expect my food to be excellent!
  • Great Happy Hour Wine!

Very friendly service at the bar and great happy hour wine prices ... a glass of house wine costs $5 (Chardonnay or Sauvignon Blanc). Happy Hour until 7 pm (Mon - Fri).
