If you want to install and use the Buy & Sell This Holiday - eBay app on your PC or Mac, you will need to download and install a Desktop App emulator for your computer. We have worked diligently to help you understand how to use this app for your computer in 4 simple steps below:

Step 1: Download an Android emulator for PC and Mac

Ok. First things first. If you want to use the application on your computer, first visit the Mac store or Windows AppStore and search for either the Bluestacks app or the Nox App . Most of the tutorials on the web recommends the Bluestacks app and I might be tempted to recommend it too, because you are more likely to easily find solutions online if you have trouble using the Bluestacks application on your computer. You can download the Bluestacks Pc or Mac software here

Step 2: Install the emulator on your PC or Mac

Now that you have downloaded the emulator of your choice, go to the Downloads folder on your computer to locate the emulator or Bluestacks application.
Once you have found it, click it to install the application or exe on your PC or Mac computer.
Now click Next to accept the license agreement.
Follow the on screen directives in order to install the application properly.
If you do the above correctly, the Emulator app will be successfully installed.

Step 3: for PC - Windows 7/8 / 8.1 / 10

Now, open the Emulator application you have installed and look for its search bar. Once you found it, type Buy & Sell This Holiday - eBay in the search bar and press Search. Click on Buy & Sell This Holiday - eBay application icon. A window of Buy & Sell This Holiday - eBay on the Play Store or the app store will open and it will display the Store in your emulator application. Now, press the Install button and like on an iPhone or Android device, your application will start downloading. Now we are all done.
You will see an icon called "All Apps".
Click on it and it will take you to a page containing all your installed applications.
You should see the icon. Click on it and start using the application.

Step 4: for Mac OS

Hi. Mac user!
The steps to use this app for Mac are exactly like the ones for Windows OS above. All you need to do is install the Nox Application Emulator or Bluestack on your Macintosh. The links are provided in step one

Download on Andriod, Iphone
Free On iTunes

EBay has it’s ups and downs. The reason for 4 stars is (1) Website. Slow as molasses, the quick area to leave reviews should have all the information that the slow area has, i.e., tracking numbers. The site leaves way too much room for error, which is detrimental to both buyer and seller. I no longer know who sold me what. I don’t have the time it takes to maneuver through eBays website. I’ve lost track of my inventory. I now leave few reviews because of their site. The EBay mobile app should give a buyer access to all purchases, not just 60 days worth. I can reconcile and leave reviews on my mobile perfectly, but I mainly purchase from overseas, which takes several weeks and the information is not longer available on my mobile once I receive my purchase. (2) Sellers. Way too many scammers. EBay should monitor sellers negative reviews. False advertising is rampant. Sellers bid against Buyers. Sellers shouldn’t limit a buyer from auction bidding quantities. Dubious sellers push horrible quality then I have to take my time correcting them. I shouldn’t have to wait 7 days to leave a negative review. Many times the information gets lost and I’m unable to leave a review at all. Refunds/returns shouldn’t be limited to 60 days. Many items take 6 weeks to arrive. Seller says they’ll resend and by the time a buyer realizes they haven’t received the resend, it’s too late to request a refund.
  • Needs some major change for better searching

TO ANYONE FROM EBAY, PLEASE READ. I’ve been using the eBay app for many years and it’s time to make major upgrades as far as searching goes. For example, when you refine your searches you should be able to put options for the seller. Separate companies from legit normal sellers/people. First off, I hate looking at generic stock images of companies selling stuff. Especially when it comes to clothing or car parts. I would rather buy from an actual human with actual pictures of the items. Not companies with 20K or 100K in feedback that can’t even answer your questions or make sure your item is shipped accordingly. They are very unorganized because of traffic. eBay shouldn’t be for companies. Also, there should be an option to choose sellers with 100% positive feedback. Or no more than 3 negative reviews. I don’t want sellers with 10 or more negative reviews. It’s a preference because why would I want someone that hasn’t learned or doesn’t take pride in selling. It’s really not that hard to keep your feedback at 100%. I’m a buying/seller and everybody I’ve dealt with has been really legit simply because I keep it with the trusted ones. But it’s hell when you have to search for hours in order to find these people. I have it a three because other than that it’s fine but this has been a huge hurdle. I’m surprise no one else has thought of changing this.
  • Could be 5 stars but...

The main problems that I have experienced have to do with fake accounts or sellers backing out on deals. I have bought items from sellers on multiple occasions and did not receive the item. I have been told that the seller has lost the item on their transport truck, while this seller only sells a few items per month and obviously does not have a huge business that requires a transport vehicle (they listed it for less than they thought). I have been told that a sellers account must have been compromised by a third party making prices too cheap.... etc.. It comes down to poor listing and lying after you realize that you listed something too cheap. This is not the buyers responsibility or problem, if I buy and pay for an item, we are both entering a binding contract to do business. I’m sorry that you may have made a mistake but a deal is a deal so stand by it and don’t make the same mistake again. As a seller, I have encountered similar issues. I have made mistakes in a listing as well. I knew that it was my mistake and I should have caught it, the item sold at a cheap price, I shipped it out with a smile. It’s the same as a handshake to me but apparently not to Ebay customer service because they side with them every time. As a seller, make sure your buyer restrictions are set to on!

It’s a great app very functional. I prefer using this over the desktop I find it more user-friendly plus I’m usually only go I can easily print labels and control my listings. In this age where iPhones And tablets have high-resolution cameras it’s a no-brainer to do everything right inside your iPad or iPhone. However I do think that some of the desktop features can be integrated into this app to make it more useful. Specifically why can I print a label from the global shipping program using the app? why can I offer a second chance offer on the app? and why can’t I deal with my returns and Ebay claims disputes or on the app? It seems like those things should be able to be easily integrated. I also don’t understand why you cannot create a custom listings that contain multiple colors quantities or sizes. I prefer the convenience of the iPad and sometimes frustrated if I have to go back to my office to handle certain things on my desktop seems counterproductive. But all in all the app is excellent just a few suggestions for more hands-on users this application. So I’m giving the app five stars I really can’t knock off the star for things that you don’t have but I would love to see these things added in the future if you are listing Ebay!!!

  • Needlessly complicated!

Just give us the normal page view we are used to on a computer. If we need to zoom in or out we can easily do it!! I hate this app!!

Never thought a corporation would desperately want $0.30 per listing. This app just keeps getting progressively worse, can’t do 30 day listings since “Good Til’ Canceled” is the default, my only guess it’s a scam. So beware of this annoyance. Have to manually end listings through the app. What will they come up with next?
  • Easy to use, fun to make $

Got junk? A great way to get rid of stuff that doesn’t bring you joy & also can give you some $
  • Sellers beware

    By Truedarkrains
I am closing my account after more than ten years. I would definitely choose another site to sell from. Selling fees not returned. Products being returned in poor condition nor verifying products by Identifying numbers prior losing hundreds using this “service”. Little consideration for sellers.
  • Best offers/ unable to edit

    By Hquinn1
I’m am getting so fed up with eBay. Been selling on eBay for years, eBay has now decided to automatically change your listings to accept best offers and automatically changes the description of your item. Literally everyday I have to go back and change them all. The app says does not accept formatting so some of them I can’t fix. Also can’t fix on internet because it doesn’t give me an option to revise. Don’t waste your time with eBay.
  • Item amount needs to be in GREEN for seller

    By Happy zero
Hard to know if your item was bid on when selling. Please make the BID amount in GREEN like the original website version. Would be a lot friendlier to see and not have to spend time looking.
  • EBay managed payout bug

    By tjpern
If a buyer pays for an item under the new eBay managed payment system, it is not register as paid on the eBay app. The purchaser will be prompted to “pay now“ even though they have already paid. This is clearly a bug that needs to be corrected.
  • Unfair for sellers, no seller protection

    By alisonnian
eBay doesn’t care sellers at all!! Sold an used textbook through eBay. I was provided a shipping address in New York. 5 days later the packing slip changed to California fo no reason, after book was delivered!!! Spoke to the resolution team and they confirmed me that the first address is buyer’s primary address... I still lost the case and gave refund!! How? It’s not like I shipped to wrong place, instead I shipped to the exact address eBay provided at the time of the order!!! Lost 5 dollar shipping fee and my expensive book!! I don’t know what step went wrong but definitely not on me!! How can I imagine an address happen to be buyer’s primary address under his exact name... of course I was provided the address by eBay!!!I sold 10 items before so it’s not like I’m new to the process. Really unfair eBay team!!! Will never buy or sell from eBay again
