Issues with Daily purchase

I have been doing the daily purchase and been able to complete purchase for the 1st four days. I tried to purchase the 5th day and able to make he purchase, which will result with me not getting to select an artifact for one of my characters. The only reason I’ve done the daily purchase was to get an artifact

Half the players were wiped out by them launching a new app and migrating data over unsuccessfully. The game itself is terrible. you have to pay to play to make any progress. Most anything that is worthwhile buying is $99. And they don’t stop offering you “$99 deals”. Resources are scarce unless you pay 100’s of dollars. The game is very unbalanced. 2 or 3 characters are stronger than any others. Rumors of different regions getting different odds of getting items. Save yourself the time and frustration and download a game that’s actually worth playing

Just checking in if things are working. I’m giving it a neutral “star” for now. Let’s see if things get fixed. Other than that it’s a fun game. I usually play about an hour just to get the quests done for the day.

I have had multiple issues with this game the last of which after the last update and now when I try to launch it freezes and I can’t play. The only help comes in the form of the canned answer on most of these reviews, the app, Thank you for playing our game... I’ve sent emails and nothing. Kinda makes you wonder if they really want anybody to actually play this game?
