It’s ok

I love the game however I’m on level 227 and I can’t get anymore puzzle pieces. Every time I watch an ad after clicking or spinning and landing on a puzzle piece, the ad works no problem, but I don’t get the puzzle piece. Directly related to that every time I get a ticket to spin, I spin the wheel and if it lands on the top left corner on the puzzle piece then the game and my screen freeze. I also have found all the words for level 277 but it won’t go to the next level. Every time I open the app now all the words are filled in but one of the words which is outlook, the k is always missing and even if I fill the entire the app in, it does that but won’t move me to level 278. Please fix these issues/bugs/glitches, whatever you want to call these problems. Thanks
Cannot go further than 253.

On level 253 the letters are BUFFALO. Which one of the words IS Buffalo. But after getting all the words nothing happened. I restarted the app and yet it shows all the words but the the app buffalo is missing the letter O. So it only spells buffal. When I put the full the app it gives me a little “cash” but Level still won’t go any further. I can tell it was a scam since all the item “rewards” are at either 9/10 or 19/20. Can’t get a single final piece. Not even for the 2,000 gold coins. But I was hoping that if I watched a bunch of ads and build up everything else, maybe I’ll be rewarded still. Like a payment for helping make money. Guess that’s not gonna happen either.
Does not work correctly freezes

I would rate this game better because I like the game ( when it works ) it doesn’t give you puzzle pieces like it should instead it freezes and makes you close and reopen the game and the videos will not work and when it doesn’t freeze it doesn’t credit you the puzzle piece I have 9.9/10 on some of them and I get the piece and it doesn’t give it to me. The only prize it lets you win is the coins

I’ve been playing this game for a while now and I’m on level 473 and it will not go any farther also it will not let me get my daily rewards either and it says I only have one more golden I ticket with the 30 count level and I’ve been given two since I reached the thirty count level and it will not let me cash out I’m not happy with this at all you need to fix this ASAP because I’m ticked period .
