Software Features and Description

1. To connect, you will need to enable Network Remote Control.

2. To enable Network Remote Control, go to MENU->SETTINGS->REMOTE & DEVICES -> NETWORK REMOTE CONTROL.

3. Easy Remote allows you to control your TiVo using your iPhone.

4. From this menu, enable network-based remote controls.

5. To get started, press the menu button (3 horizontal lines icon) at the top left of the screen.

6. Please note that you must be connected to the same network as your TiVo box.

7. The app is able to automatically detect the IP address when adding a new device.

8. The IP address can also be obtained by going to MENU->SETTINGS->NETWORK SETTINGS.

9. The IP address will be shown on the right side of the screen.

10. You can navigate the guide, setup recordings, and play your stored shows.

11. You will also need your IP address.

Install Easy Remote for TiVo app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using Easy Remote on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Easy Remote"
The search will reveal the Easy Remote for TiVo app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once Easy Remote is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Easy Remote.
Now enjoy Easy Remote on PC.
