Too many bugs

I even purchased $9.99 ad free and not enjoying the game at all. There’s way too many bugs. I’m on Stanley hotel. If I exit the game, guests staying reset to 5 empty rooms. So if it happens near 12am when the hotel closes, the day ends up with some empty rooms. No profits will be made. (The rooms were full before I exited the game). And profitx2 gauge decreases when I exit the game too. For example it was 1hr 55mins before I exit the game, if I exit and come back after few minutes (less than 5-10mins), it’s 25mins. I purchased ad free dog because it was super annoying to watch ads all again to fill up the gauge. You never can make enough profit without x2 feature. The Most annoying part is guests come to spa and ski after 9pm and gets upset!!!! It is ‘closed’ come on!!! Upset guests won’t do anything until checkout time, won’t use any hotel services just standing in their room upset. Which means NO profit again. I want my $9.99 back. Please refund it for me.

I love this game. And like all the other ones they’ve released. I haven’t experienced the crash and reset like everyone’s saying, hopefully I don’t. But I didn’t have any issues on startup, tutorial or even when watching the ads. It is slow to begin with when starting a hotel but found the trick is in upgrading my rooms first before anything else.. I only wish that after you finish one hotel and get 5 stars the money you get from that hotel carries over. I don’t understand why it wouldn’t cuz now I have hotels getting money but I can’t even spend it on anything.. hopefully the developers change it in an update and allow at least the new amount you’re making to carry over. Other than that I love it!
Great game...as long as you save it on one device.

Well, this was okay until I tried installing the game on my iPod touch. Installing the game on my iPod touch pretty much wiped out my game progress. I got rolled back to the beginning—except I have no tutorial. And doesn’t the tutorial give you some cash to start you out with the double room, a chef for the restaurant, and some other stuff, so you’ve got a decent start? Well, now I don’t have any of those things. I have no real cash to get off the ground now because this game wiped out my iPhone’s progress automatically instead of providing an option to choose which game progress I wanted to stick with, like other games will do. I don’t recommend getting this game on more than one device until the game’s designers fix the app so that if you’ve got it on more than one device, you don’t end up overwriting your own data and losing your progress.
Would give 5 but...

The game is fun and definitely takes all my attention but I’m slowly falling out with it because of a couple bugs. One of them is my progress (money, my multiplayer, money from ad, etc) keeps getting reset randomly while keeping the time the same, so I’ll end up losing all my money and some of or all workers quit. The second one is I’ll watch videos and not receive my reward either money or multiplayer and sometimes when I open the app after awhile and multiply what I had made. Another one is the ads won’t play I’ll click watch it’ll load it up and just close or even sometimes the game just crashes and I’m forced to restart it. I’m not sure if my phone has to do with it, it is an iPhone XR. Till all these are fix it’s staying at a 2 star.
