Install Master Cut app on your Windows in 4 steps below:
- Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .
- Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

I used to be able to keep my finger at the bottom of the screen and drag the cutter around, I didn’t have to put my finger over the whole thing and that’s kind of annoying to do for me. But now, (and this still happens after I updated!) when I do that, the cutter disappears? I don’t actually know why it does that.. And then it comes back literally anywhere and, like, chops of all the guys hair so it’s like SUPER annoying I used to play this game whenever I was bored now it’s just annoying and every time I want to play it it gets annoying and dumb so is there a way you could fix that??

This game is entertaining but there’s so many ads! Whenever I go into the game, sometimes it won’t even let me play. It won’t say “Tap to Start” like it usually does. This game is also very laggy. Just some suggestions on which you should fix.

Just too many ads for a game that my 6YO would like for 10 min before getting bored.
Half as many ads would be a lot still.
Hard to be accurate with cutting since my adult finger hides the whole cutter.
Dumb game in general.
