HELP

So I love this app. The problem is I just downloaded the latest Apple update and when I click on the icon to open the app my screen flashes and the app won’t open. Please tell me I didn’t lose all of the information!!!!

App won’t start

So I downloaded this app and bought it in September went to go into it today and it doesn’t open or work! I tried all the obvious stuff restart phone, delete re-install and nothing! I recorded my daughters first 2 teeth already! Ugh resolve ASAP!

I updated the app and now when I try to open the app, the screen flashes and won’t open. I hope I didn’t lose all the dates 😭
