Bad customer service

Made a $100 deposit today can’t play the poker table games which is what I wanted to play on here....so....I emailed customer service about it because all I can play is slots and blackjack....I want the poker tables....and they screen shot my slots and must of thought it was ok so I replied back with a screen shot of my balance saying that there is $0 in my account which there is over $140....and after I screen shot with my reply I’m still yet to hear back from them to find out why I can’t play and still have a $0 balance..!!!!

Honestly this app has a whole lot of bugs in it especially while playing tournaments. When you are changed to a new table during tournament I was frozen at an empty table every single time and had to close and re open the app to fix it The menu options disappeared all the time while in the middle of a tournament so you are unable to check players remaining and other important info which puts you at a huge disadvantage Cards that are dealt to you sometimes you can only see the back of them and have to close and restart the app for another reason Just really bad experience so far, I’m considering alternatives for playing until these bugs are fixed

I’m very surprised this site has 4-5 star rating. I’ve been playing a week and I’ve received the worst bad beats I ever have on online poker. Most chats are filled with furious players who claim they are uninstalling it. Mobile is not friendly at all as you can’t see any lobbies for tourneys. Seriously. You could be 95% after the flop and get it all in and you will most likely lose. More times then not you will get rivered horribly.

First off, I’ve been knocked out of every tourney on bad river beats. Been watching for awhile and played in dozens, way too many bad beats to be accurately random. Secondly, when a tourney breaks up a table it isn’t moving you correctly to your new table. It freezes you at your empty table pretty often causing you to lose hands at your next table if you can’t get there before your timer runs out. Lastly, don’t delete poor reviews. You lost stars over that BS.
