Definitely one of the better ones in the app, but could use some work! Drivers use the map to locate you and drop you off accurately. However, there are two major flaws. (1) the ‘pay by card’ feature is not actually implemented yet, so you still have to pay in cash to complete the ride. Once this is working, I would give a better rating. Also (2) during peak hours no drivers will take your ride and your trip is always cancelled.

I was in Muscat for 4 days. I tried to use otaxi 5 times. 4 times I could never get a driver to come. They kept canceling - literally 5, 6 times they would cancel. The one time it worked the driver canceled in app and I just drove with him and paid him cash. It’s a good price if you can actually get someone to pick you up....

I have given my mobile number to two places in the app. The second was this app. That same day and every day since I have gotten spam calls and SMSs.
