For 5+ days now I have been waiting for game support to credit my in app purchases. They have taken my money and I have provided proof of my purchases but they refuse to credit me what I have paid for. Edit (Response to dev): Already have and your Facebook support team. It’s going on a week now with still no credit. Support is seriously lacking. Took them 3 days just to respond and still have not credited.
Buggy

Love this game but it has so many bugs. The treasure hunt never loads and I lost all my Halloween event points and had to start over :( plus the mine keeps giving me stuff for the blacksmith which isn’t even open on iOS so it just fills up space
Please update with bug fixes.

I used to love this game so much. First it stopped working on tablets now it won’t work on my iPhone. I can’t even get passed the loading page because the buttons are non responsive. The page even loads crooked on the screen. Why even have this app on the store if you’re not going to keep it functional?
So many issues

Love the game. But it constantly freezes and I have to shut down and restart. Also just bought gems and they didn’t show. Very frustrating. With so many people playing you think they would fix that.
